Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, we’ll meet one-on-one for 50 minutes to focus on what’s most important to you. We will explore your challenges, and work toward meaningful life change.

I offer personalized individual therapy designed to meet your unique needs. Whether you are facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or other personal growth areas, my approach is tailored to support you. Sessions are available in person or via telehealth upon request for flexibility and comfort on your path to healing and growth.
Rates and Insurance
Session Fee
$120 per 50-minute session
The initial 15-minute consultation is free.
Insurance and Reimbursement
I am an out-of-network provider. If you have insurance, I can provide a super-bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your provider to determine your out-of-network benefits.
Sliding Scale
I offer a sliding scale for clients who need financial assistance. Please email me if you want to be considered for my sliding fee spots.
Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of your session. Credit or Debit cards are accepted.
